Paris FC interested in Ajax’s Anton Gaaei | OneFootball

Paris FC are targeting a January move for Ajax defender Anton Gaaei (23), according to a report from Foot Mercato. 

Gaaei joined Ajax in the summer of 2023 from Viborg in Denmark. This season, he has so far made 19 appearances for the Dutch side in all competitions, whilst his contract with the club runs until the summer of 2028. 

However, a January exit may be in the offing. The right-back is the subject of interest from Paris FC, Foot Mercato understands. The Ligue 1 club recruited in this sector over the summer, bringing in the experienced Hamariv Traoré, a former Stade Rennais captain. However, thus far, he has disappointed since making the move to the French capital.

As a result, Gaaei has emerged as a target for Paris FC, although they may have to contend with interest from Serie A side Lazio. Both clubs have made the first steps towards signing the player.
