The administrative court has suspended the Paris police prefecture’s order restricting Lens’s travelling support for Saturday’s Paris FC match at Stade Jean-Bouin.
The prefecture issued the order on Tuesday after incidents before PSG v Lens on 14 September. In urgent proceedings, the court ruled on Friday, the day before the 21h05 kick-off.
Supporters’ groups, through their counsel, and the club, via their counsel, brought the case to the Paris administrative court after the away allocation had been cut to 200.
The visitors’ section will now host 1,000, the number usually authorised for a Ligue 1 fixture.
The State will pay 1,500 euros to the affected sang et or groups. Beyond the away end, the total of Lens followers around the ground will be significantly higher.
