Park & Ride trial: Newcastle Great Park | OneFootball

This trial is a result of feedback shared at our recent Sustainable Travel Workshop. Fans asked for even more accessible, greener travel options - and we're putting those ideas into action.

THE TRIAL

If you're looking to avoid city centre congestion and save on parking, this is for you. The following services run in collaboration with Go North East:

Departure: Buses will leave from the Taylor Wimpey car park off Great Parkway (NE13 9AA) every 15 minutes from 13:00 - 14:45. The drop off point is right outside the stadium.

Return: After the match, buses will depart back to Great Park from the stops outside St Andrew's Church on Newgate Street every five minutes between 17:00 and 17:15.

Access: Simply bring along your match ticket to park and board the service for FREE.

A SUSTAINABLE NETWORK

The Great Park service adds to our existing Metrocentre Park & Ride, which runs throughout the season. Alongside the Magpie Mover - offering affordable travel across bus, ferry and Metro - these options reduce congestion and cut emissions on matchdays.
