The Rams have played at Pride Park since 1997, and it has already formed its own history.
Pride Park Stadium has been the home of Derby County since 1997, and while it does lack some of the character of the Baseball Ground, Rams fans have made it their own over the last 27 years.
One of the modern bowl-like grounds, Pride Park, draws a lot of similarities to Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium, but the two do feel very different inside, with the black-and-white version full of character despite its relatively young age.
33,597 can pack out the stands, making it the fifth-largest stadium in the Championship by capacity, behind the Stadium of Light, Hillsborough, Elland Road and the Riverside.
Nevertheless, it is often filled with buoyant and raucous supporters pushing their team on in DE24, with Derby's average attendance so far this season currently at 29,299, the third highest in the league.
Football League World has taken a look at how visitors to Pride Park feel about the stadium, using Tripadvisor's reviews.
Although to Rams fans it will be the greatest stadium in the country, it is interesting to see how well received it is by others.
From 418 reviews on Tripadvisor's website, Pride Park has a rating of 4.5/5, a high rating for a stadium that could be dubbed as too similar to others built in the same era.
However, Derby's iteration of the ground feels different to the likes of Southampton's St. Mary's Stadium and Leicester City's King Power Stadium. There is a lot more character to Pride Park, and the flags and noise that greet the players at the start of every home game only help.
The Baseball Ground will still feel like home to a lot of supporters of a certain era, but the stadium has managed to fill the void well, and it has been the modern update that the club needed in the late 1990s.
With high ratings comes some sparkling reviews, and fans of the Rams will be more than happy to see some of the things that have been said about their home.
Pride Park was perhaps a new ground for many during their League One tenure between 2022 and 2024, giving away supporters the opportunity to tick a new stadium off their list, just as one Shrewsbury Town supporter did on Tripadvisor.
Shropshirenick wrote on the site: "A Great Modern Stadium.
"Visited Pride park as an away supporter. The stadium is very impressive and the atmosphere is very good, particularly for a modern stadium. The location of the stadium is good too, being a relatively short walk from the city centre."
Meanwhile, Thomas G, a groundhopper from the Netherlands put: "Derby County - Wycombe Wanderers.
"The stadium is a bit outside the city, but it is worth visiting. Even though Derby County plays in League One, the atmosphere is fantastic. You can purchase tickets before the match at the stadium. It is a classic English stadium. We loved it."
Nonetheless, there will always be those that do not enjoy their day out in the East Midlands, such as Sedgred: "Dreadful place.
"Terrible traffic and parking problems, soulless flat pack stadium in the middle of an industrial estate. The continuing lack of atmosphere within the stadium on match days ought to encourage NASA to hire the place to assist astronaut training."
Football stadiums will always be divisive places, and fans of rival clubs will always have their own opinion. Pride Park does have its flaws, of course, but it has quickly established its way into the hearts of Derby supporters, who may only swap it now for a modern version of the Baseball Ground.
