Le Mans coach Patrick Videira and Lens sporting director Jean-Louis Leca cross paths on Sunday at Marie-Marvingt, kick-off 17:15, with the game on Ligue 1+, available on L'Équipe. Their connection runs back to AS Furiani.
They formed a close friendship there, with Videira honing his coaching craft and Leca growing up around the club.

Their first meeting came on Sunday seven November 2004, the day after a narrowly averted tragedy, in the anonymity of a CFA fixture as Rodez visited SC Bastia’s reserves.
Leca, 19, was in goal for Bastia. Videira, 27, lined up in midfield for the visitors.
Rodez, then leaders, won 3-0.
