Paulo Dybala signs one-season extension to stay at AS Roma

Paulo Dybala has signed a one-season extension to stay at AS Roma after his contract expired and talks had stalled. The 32-year-old Argentina international, capped 40 times with 4 goals, remains with the Giallorossi.

The club said in a post on Monday that "L'histoire continue".

Dybala joined Roma in 2022 from Juventus. He had been linked with Boca Juniors after the World Cup, for which he was not selected.

His last campaign was disrupted by left knee surgery in early March. He managed 3 goals in 27 appearances in all competitions, playing 1,594 minutes, the equivalent of 17 full matches.

Since arriving in Rome, he has scored 45 goals for the club but has missed 56 matches.
