Pedri has moved into hospitality, completing the purchase of the four-star Hotel Villa de Barajas in Madrid, near Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport and the planned urban Formula 1 circuit, according to El Confidencial.
The Barcelona midfielder bought the property through his holding company, Pedrineta S.L., which manages his real-estate investments and was founded in 2023. The company recently increased its capital by 200,000 euros to a total of 4.2 million euros to fund various projects.
Located on Avenida de Logroño 331, the hotel has 41 rooms and targets travellers in transit and visitors to nearby trade fairs and congresses.
Amenities include a 24-hour reception, buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi, typical of its category. Its setting makes it a practical option for short stays, with Barajas Metro station close by for swift links to the airport and central Madrid.
The move follows Pedri’s purchase of a former convent in Tegueste for 2.5 million euros, a deal that began to take shape in the autumn. Built in 1943, it housed the Religiosas de la Asunción for around seven decades.
He is understood to plan a refurbishment to create a rural hotel, making use of roughly 9,500 square metres across two buildings within the old complex.
