Hervé Renard's position with Saudi Arabia has come under fresh scrutiny after heavy criticism from media and supporters, raising concern over the Green Falcons' stability before key fixtures.
According to Goal.com, reports suggested talks between Renard and the Ghana FA about the Black Stars job, but the Saudi Arabian Football Federation has rejected that, saying the Frenchman remains in charge for the 2026 World Cup.
Amid the speculation, several names have been floated for any potential vacancy. Al-Nassr coach Jorge Jesus has said his attention remains on his club for the period ahead.
Al-Fayha manager Pedro Emanuel was asked before facing Neom about taking the national role. He stressed respect for Renard, noted he is under contract with Al-Fayha, and wished the team well.
Al-Fayha are due to meet Neom on Saturday in Matchday 27 of the Saudi Professional League.
