Vasco beat Santa Fe (COL) 2-0 on Tuesday to reach the Copa Sudamericana semi-finals, and coach Pedro Ernesto has urged the club to play the semi at the Maracanã because São Januário falls short of Conmebol requirements.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Pedro Ernesto said he would choose São Januário if permitted, stressing its significance, but with that ruled out he regards the Maracanã as the preferred alternative and a second home for supporters.
