Ceará president João Paulo Silva revealed the club wanted to buy him, but the move did not progress due to the high price, and he was reintegrated at Corinthians for 2026.

Before Sunday, his previous contribution for Corinthians had come a year earlier, on 16 January 2025, when he scored the second in a 2-1 win over Bragantino in the Paulista opener. Talles Magno struck the first and his loan was not renewed for 2026.

Signed from Toluca in 2024, Pedro Raul has played all three of Corinthians’ matches in 2026, starting the 3-0 loss to Bragantino. His overall record for the club now stands at 42 games, four goals and three assists.
