Pereira strikes in added time as Zeiro halt Fla's six-game run | OneFootball

Cruzeiro beat Flamengo 2-1 on Saturday at the Estádio Governador Magalhães Pinto to record a fourth straight Brasileirão win and end Fla's six-match unbeaten league run.

Pedro, the league's top scorer on 15, put the visitors ahead in the 22nd minute after a pass from Giorgian de Arrascaeta.

Arroyo levelled for Zeiro with a fierce strike from range (55.), set up by Matheus Henrique.

Agustín Rossi kept Fla in it with sharp stops as the game opened up after the restart, notably denying Wesley late on.

Five minutes of second half stoppage time were signalled, and Pereira arrived to sweep in the winner in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time from a Lucas Villalba knockdown.

Zeiro carried the greater threat, registering 24 attempts with six on target. Fla produced 14 efforts and hit the target three times.
