Leeds United clashed heads with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they looked to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Whites made a poor start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the first minute when Phil Foden got his name on the scoresheet. Josko Gvardiol doubled the home side’s advantage in the 25th minute as Daniel Farke’s men went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin managed to get a goal back for Leeds in the 49th minute before Lukas Nmecha equalised for the Whites from the penalty spot in the 68th minute. However, Foden struck again in injury time as Leeds crashed to a tough 3-2 loss away from home.
