Adam Idah has set Celtic fans into overload with an Instagram post on Tuesday afternoon. The Irishman shared a snap of him on the runway with the emoji of a plane.

The 23-year-old scored 9 goals and assisted once in 19 appearances and most of these came from the bench. The striker scored some big goals as Celtic won a League & Cup Double and the manager made it clear that he was a priority this summer. If the player’s social media is anything to go by, he is also keen on a deal being done.

Celtic have offloaded Oh, with the striker leaving for Belgian side Genk in a deal worth £4m. This update suggests that there is progress with Idah arriving at Celtic. Hopefully there is an update and Idah becomes a Celtic player permanently.
