When all was said and done in a winnable affair, Real Madrid emerged with only a share of the spoils, after the impressive Azzedine Ounahi’s opener was cancelled out by Kylian Mbappé.

This means that the capital heavyweights have failed to emerge victorious from any of their last three league fixtures.

As a result, reigning champions Barcelona have climbed back to the summit of the table.

And one individual who appeared fully aware of the significance of his side’s latest dropped points post-match on Sunday was Gonzalo García.
