Oskar Pietuszewski, the FC Porto winger, has been called up by head coach Jan Urban, the Polish Football Association announced on Saturday.
The reason for the call-up has not been disclosed, but it is very likely to cover for Jakub Kaminski, the Benfica winger who left the pitch injured against Bosnia and Herzegovina yesterday.

Kaminski was not expected to continue with the national team.
Pietuszewski, aged 18, has four caps for Poland.
Poland are also due to face Sweden, Romania and Bosnia and Herzegovina again.
