Piquerez and Mauricio have travelled with Palmeiras to Quito, but both remain doubts for Wednesday's Conmebol Libertadores tie with LDU, which decides a semi-final place.
According to Globo.com, Piquerez is being monitored for pain in his left ankle after Osorio's first-half challenge against São Paulo. There was no fracture, but the number 22 did not train on Monday.
Mauricio is recovering from tendinitis in his right knee. He missed the Choque-Rei and is undergoing treatment in the hope he could be available in the Libertadores.
Palmeiras will train on Monday afternoon at Estadio Olímpico Atahualpa in Quito. The club are working to adapt to the altitude of 2,850 metres.
Captain Gustavo Gómez is suspended, though he has travelled and will join the preparations. Assistant João Martins said Gómez would be missed as captain and leader, that they will try not to feel his absence during the 90 minutes, and that he chose to travel to help, highlighting his importance.
Palmeiras won the first leg 1-0 at Nubank Parque, so a draw would be enough to progress. Kick-off is 19:00 Brasília time.
