Player says goodbye to club before heading to Chelsea now this summer | OneFootball

The summer transfer window is now right around the corner, and we are expecting a very busy one for Chelsea.

Xabi Alonso is coming in as the new manager, and there will be a number of players that he will need to make some decisions on, one of which is defender Axel Disasi.

He has been on loan at West Ham all season, but was unfortunately part of their relegated team who have now dropped into the championship.

And yesterday, Disasi posted his goodbye and thank you message to Hammers fans as he now heads back to Chelsea with his loan move over.

It’s highly unlikely that Alonso will even think about keeping Disasi in his team and a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge now looks like it will happen this summer.

As you can see above, it was quite a long and heartfelt message from Disasi after what has been a very tough season for everyone involved at that club.

Disasi has actually had a pretty good season for them, but I see no future at Chelsea and only a move away now.

In other news today…

Allegedly, Chelsea don’t want to sell Enzo Fernandez, and have set a high asking price for him. Although I don’t believe it…. I’m sure he’ll go for much less than £120m.

Levi Colwill had a great return to action following injury, and reports on his rehab show just how that was possible. People at Chelsea were surprised.
