Across a century, numerous footballers have represented both Athletic Club and Atlético de Madrid. Here are notable examples.
According to as.com, Ramón de la Fuente Leal won three leagues and four cups with Athletic from 1926 to 1934 before joining Atlético in 1934-35. A 1935 clash with Sevilla goalkeeper Eizaguirre left him with broken tibia and fibula. José Ramón Ochandiano also moved in 1929.
