We asked two of our Plymouth Argyle fan pundits who they would like to see replace Miron Muslic at Home Park.

Plymouth Argyle will soon be on the hunt for a new head coach as Miron Muslic prepares to depart for German side Schalke.
Plymouth confirmed on Wednesday night that they had "reluctantly allowed" Muslic to open talks with a 2. Bundesliga side, which has been revealed to be Schalke by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
According to Romano, Muslic had been attracting interest from Hull City, Cologne and Hannover, but Schalke have now activated the release clause in his contract, and he is expected to make the move to the Veltins-Arena imminently.
Muslic only took over at Home Park in January when he signed a three-and-a-half year contract to replace Wayne Rooney, and despite failing to keep the Pilgrims in the Championship, he earned plenty of plaudits for the improvement he inspired in his side.
In a statement, Argyle said that they are "frustrated" by Muslic's decision to leave, particularly after receiving "repeated verbal promises" from the 42-year-old that he remained committed to the project and "having implemented clear structures, processes and personnel" to help him lead the club back to the second tier as quickly as possible.
When asked who he would like to see replace Muslic at Home Park, FLW's Plymouth fan pundit, Luke Hodge, urged the club to consider a move for Ruben Selles or Rob Edwards.
Despite keeping the club in the Championship, Selles was surprisingly sacked by Hull City earlier this month, while Edwards has been out of work since leaving Luton Town by mutual consent in January with his side sitting just above the relegation zone, and Luke believes the pair should both be in the frame for the Argyle job.
"A few names have been banded around," Luke told FLW.
"Rob Edwards is a name that has been banded around, and we've also had Ruben Selles, Tom Cleverley, Michael Duff, Des Buckingham and Dave Challinor, all these names have been banded around.
"Personally, I'm quite interested in Ruben Selles and Rob Edwards, but who knows whether they would be interested in coming to Argyle.
"Another idea that has been thrown around is about promotion from within and giving Joe Edwards the job, along with Kevin Nancekivell, who, as many will know, have been the two people that have taken on the managerial duties in recent years when we've been in-between managers, and they've done a great job.
"That's another option, but I think the club just needs to act fast.
"We do have a tendency of digging our heels in and really wanting to cross the T's and dot the I's, which can take too long sometimes, in my opinion.
"I think, at this time of the season, they really need to crack on and make a decision, shortlist a few managers, get hold of them and see if they're interested and thrash it out with them.
"We need to get someone in charge sooner rather than later so they can recruit their players, implement their style of play and the club can move forward."
We put the same question to another of our Plymouth fan pundits, Herbie Gynn, and he also named Selles and Edwards as possible successors for Muslic, while he warned the board against appointing another unproven manager as they did with Wayne Rooney and Ian Foster, who both endured brief and unsuccessful stints at Home Park over the past 18 months.
"I'm really unsure about what happens next," Herbie said.
"Ruben Selles is the best pick out of a bad bunch possibly.
"I think we have to resign ourselves to the fact that, whoever we get, won't crack it straight away, we need to give them time, even if, by December, we're not even in the play-offs and we're lurking behind.
"We need to give the new manager time to implement his style on the team.
"Rob Edwards is also on my shortlist, but I think I would maybe want someone better who has a clearer idea of the style of football they would want to play.
"I think when Edwards was in the Premier League with Luton, he was a bit sceptical in terms of implementing a clear style of football, and that was the same in the Championship in the first half of this season, which led to him leaving.
"I've not really got a name in mind, but whoever it is, I would prefer that they have good experience of first-team management, as opposed to someone who is an assistant at a Premier League side and looking to get into management.
"I think, as a club, we're beyond being a little test project for up-and-coming managers.
"We saw it with Wayne Rooney and Ian Foster, and it never works.
"I'd like us to be back in the Championship as soon as we can, and I don't see that happening with an inexperienced manager."
Plymouth are understandably disappointed about having another of their managers poached, but Muslic was always likely to have suitors after his impressive work at Home Park in the second half of the season, and it is difficult for them to deny him a move to a club the size of Schalke.
Owner Simon Hallett may not have expected to have to appoint a new manager this summer, but thankfully for the Pilgrims, there are plenty of strong options still on the market, and Selles should be their number one target.
Selles was incredibly unfortunate to be sacked by Hull after keeping them in the Championship, and while his side did only secure survival on the final day, they accumulated the 14th-highest points total in the division during his time in charge, as well as possessing one of the best defensive records.
Before taking over at the MKM Stadium, Selles did an impressive job in tough circumstances at Reading in League One, and the Royals were sitting in the play-off places at the time of his departure in December, so that third tier experience makes him the perfect candidate for Argyle following their relegation.
