Police in Porto Alegre are awaiting stadium CCTV to progress an inquiry into an alleged racial insult at the women's Gre-Nal in the Brasileirão Feminino.

According to Globo.com, investigators have requested footage from cameras at the Sesc ground, with delegate Vinicius Nahan of the Delegacia de Combate à Intolerância (DPCI) expecting delivery in the coming days.

The video is viewed as crucial because five witnesses have been interviewed so far and their accounts are considered conflicting, comprising three testimonies from the executive's side and two from the complainant.

Grêmio executive Bárbara Fonseca has been accused by an Internacional supporter of directing a racist insult at him after Saturday's clássico. She has denied the allegation and released a statement on social media.

The alleged incident happened as the executive and Grêmio players were leaving the pitch at full time. The complainant is a member of the organised group Camisa 12.
