Porto beat Estoril 3-1 at Estádio António Coimbra da Mota to stay top of Liga Portugal, built on Pepê's opener, a Xeka own goal and Victor Froholdt's strike before Yanis Begraoui replied.

Pepê struck in the 14th minute, turning in Gabri Veiga's cross from close range. André's header was then tipped away by Diogo Costa (18.). Moments later, VAR ruled out a Deniz Gül finish for offside (24.). The lead doubled when Xeka diverted into his own net (32.).

After the restart, Joel Robles denied Borja Sainz low to his right (64.) as Porto pressed. Froholdt added a third from very close range after Alberto Costa's delivery following a corner (72.).

Estoril's changes injected threat, with Pizzi on to thread a pass for Begraoui, who swept in left footed from the centre of the box (78.).

Porto finished with 20 attempts and eight corners to underline their control. Estoril had 55% possession but managed only one corner.

Next, Estoril visit Moreirense. Porto head to Nottingham Forest in the Europa League.
