Porto training sees internationals missing, fresh faces join in

FC Porto returned to the Olival training center this Monday to begin preparation for the match against Rio Ave, for the 6th round of the Primeira Liga. The session noted the absences of Diogo Costa, Jan Bednarek, Jakub Kiwior, Alan Varela, Stephen Eustáquio, Victor Froholdt and Rodrigo Mora, who benefited from an extra day of rest.

To cover these absences, Francesco Farioli called up Gonçalo Ribeiro, Gabriel Brás and André Miranda to the main team's training. The medical report also includes: Nehuén Pérez (hospital discharge and post-operative recovery), Alberto Costa (treatment and gym work), Martim Fernandes (conditional training), William Gomes (conditional training) and Luuk de Jong (treatment).
