After going down to three first-half goals against Charlton Athletic at The Valley last week in their first ever Championship match, Pompey look to bounce back when hosting Durham on Saturday afternoon at the 5,300 capacity Westleigh Park.

The Wildcats started with a 2-1 home win over Sheffield United, who welcome the Addicks for Saturday’s early evening game.

Birmingham City are away to Bristol City on Sunday in the live-streamed match, the Blues initial leaders after kicking-off with a 5-0 win.

Sunderland will be keen to respond to that when hosting Southampton, who finished one a-piece with Bristol on the opening day.

Blackburn Rovers make a belated start to the eleven-team division when facing London City at Ewood Park. The Lionesses began with a 1-1 home draw against Newcastle United, who are without a fixture.
