Here’s what Vincenzo Italiano had to say following the draw at the Sinigaglia: “Good signs. I saw some good stuff. We never should’ve been down to ten men, but even so, we were compact – five at the back at the end there – and come close to getting the result thanks to our hard work and desire. Shame to have dropped to points like that, but we’re getting back to our best. The red card? You should never give the referee a reason to make a decision. Cambiaghi knows that and he’s said sorry. Individuals should never put the team in trouble.”
