Chelsea are preparing to take on Leeds tonight looking to keep their great league form up – so who will the Blues pick to try and get revenge for a 3-1 defeat earlier this season?

It’s an interesting selection tonight because Liam Rosenior knows that he has an FA Cup game on Friday that he can rotate in. So while he played a strong team on Saturday, he can potentially go strong again and let the guys rest after that.
Robert Sanchez will play in goal. Reece James has been on the verge of playing for 3 games in a row now – surely he finally gets over his “small knock” and illness for this one?
Centrally, Trevoh Chalobah should be able to continue, but Wesley Fofana is the real question. He started Tuesday – Saturday last week. Surely the medical staff won’t allow him to be picked again today, even with a rest this weekend to come. That likely means Benoit Badiashile coming in, unless the back three is used again.
Marc Cucurella, the absolute soldier, should continue on the left of defence.
In midfield, if Andrey Santos shakes off his swollen ankle we don’t see why he wouldn’t continue alongside Moises Caicedo in the double pivot. Enzo Fernandez can play in the pocket ahead of them. That means Cole Palmer pushed to the right, and possibly Alejandro Garnacho coming in on the left to replace Pedro Neto.
Joao Pedro should start up top.
That’s pretty close to a full strength line-up.
A year ago Henry Winter was saying that Chelsea had let down Cole Palmer with their lack of attacking transfers. Has much changed since then?
There were a lot of questions about Liam Rosenior when he was appointed as Chelsea manager, and he spoke about some of the doubts today.
