Premier League clubs are targeting Stuttgart's Bilal El Khannouss. Sport Bild has questioned whether he could be working a route to depart early.
The club had confirmed the Moroccan would stay permanently in Stuttgart, though external interest could alter that. Transfermarkt.com lists Newcastle United, Leeds United, Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace among the suitors.

Stuttgart remain unfazed, with El Khannouss contracted until 2030 and no release clause.
The attacking midfielder has registered a goal contribution in each of his last four competitive appearances.
In the Bundesliga this season, he has featured 23 times, delivering four goals and five assists.
