Fulham midfielder Harrison Reed has won the Premier League's Goal of the Month for January.

It comes for his outrageous long-distance effort in the final minute to rescue a 2-2 draw against Liverpool, moments after they had fallen behind.

It sees the award stay at Craven Cottage - after Harry Wilson won the December edition for his sublime strike against Crystal Palace.

Michael Carrick's sensational start to life as interim Manchester United boss has seen him win January's Premier League Manager of the Month award.

The former Red Devils midfielder stepped into the stand-in position until the end of the season following Ruben Amorim's sacking and could have hardly wished for a better start.

Last month, he followed up a 2-0 derby win over Manchester City with a stunning 3-2 comeback win away to table-toppers Arsenal.

Carrick beat competition from Liam Rosenior, Andoni Iraola and the now sacked Sean Dyche to the award.

Earlier, Brentford star Igor Thiago has been awarded the Premier League Player of the Month award for the second time in his career.

It continues a fantastic Friday for the Brazilian, who earlier today penned a new five-and-a-half year deal with the Bees.

He enjoyed a sensational start to the year in front of goal, scoring five goals spread across two games - a hat-trick against Everton and brace against Sunderland.

It also sees Thiago make history as he becomes the first Brazilian ever to win the award more than once, following on from his PotM success in November.

That sees him move above compatriots David Luiz, Juninho Paulista, Rodrigo Muniz, Edu and Lucas Moura as the only multiple-time winner.

Agree with all of the choices?
