Rodrygo is one of the few Real Madrid players who is facing an uncertain future at Santiago Bernabeu as the club gear up for the new season.
Rodrygo has found himself in a precarious position with new coach Xabi Alonso favouring Arda Guler in the creative department.
This has led to intense speculation over his future at the club, with Tottenham Hotspur emerging as a potential suitor for the Brazilian international.
Now, in a significant development, Tottenham Hotspur have submitted an offer for Rodrygo worth around €100 million this summer, reports Fichajes.
It appears the Premier League giants are keen on shoring up their ranks in the offensive unit after Son Heung-Min announced his departure from the club.

Son’s exit is set to create a large gaping hole in Spurs’ offensive unit, which is why the club are keen on bringing in a fresh face like Rodrygo.
Despite the Brazilian’s age, he brings a wealth of experience and has a proven track record of performing in key matches.
Rodrygo’s experience in the UEFA Champions League, in particular, could make him a valued asset for Spurs.
However, despite the offer from Tottenham, Rodrygo is not too keen on leaving Santiago Bernabeu as he wants to continue fighting for a place in the starting eleven.
This comes in the midst of recent reports which suggest Rodrygo is only keen on earning the trust of Xabi Alonso heading into the new season.
The Brazilian, though, has yet to make a final decision on his future, and it will be interesting to see if Spurs can woo the player with their fresh proposal.
