The Premier League have named Cole Palmer's strike against Everton as their Goal of the Month for April.

Palmer netted a hat-trick against the Toffees as they ran out 6-0 winners at Stamford Bridge.

But it was his first of the night that picked up the gong as the England international beat two men before curling past Jordan Pickford.

The Premier League also confirmed that Everton boss Sean Dyche has been named as the April Manager of the Month.

It was a bumper four weeks for the Toffees as they steered themselves clear of the relegation zone after three wins, one draw and a defeat.

Earlier in the day Cole Palmer was named as the Premier League's Player of the Month for April.

The Chelsea forward has been in scintillating form of late having netted seven in just four games last month, including a hat-trick against Everton.

Palmer adds the Player of the Month gong to his recent trophy haul at the Chelsea end of season awards where he picked up Player and Players' Player of the Year.

Palmer becomes the first Chelsea player since Eden Hazard to win the Premier League award.
