  2. The Toffees were founding members of the Premier League and have remained there ever since. Their highest finish in the new era came in the 2004/05 campaign where, under David Moyes, the Merseyside outfit finished fourth and qualified for the Champions League. The Blues have, however, been crowned champions of England on nine occasions, most recently enjoying two successes in the 1980s.

Last season:

  1. Following the sacking of Sean Dyche, the new ownership at Goodison Park turned to Moyes who guided the club to a comfortable 13th-place finish. It was the final season at the iconic venue, as the Toffees will now move into their new Hill Dickinson Stadium ahead of the upcoming campaign.

One to watch:

  1. Having joined from Ligue 1 giants Marseille last summer, forward Iliman Ndiaye enjoyed an impressive first year on Merseyside, scoring 11 goals in all competitions. Since earning a first international cap in 2022, the former Sheffield United attacker has gone on to represent Senegal 25 times, three of which came at the Qatar World Cup.
