Instructions for press accreditation

Accreditation for commentators, photographers, and journalists for the Atlético vs RB Bragantino match – Copa Conmebol Sudamericana – is now open and will close at 5:00 PM (Brasília time) on Sunday (08/16).

To request accreditation, simply fill out the FORM, providing the correct information.

On match day, credential distribution will begin at 3:30 PM and end 30 minutes before kickoff, that is, at 6:30 PM. If the press professional is not at the stadium by that time, access will not be allowed.

Notice: access to the press box is subject to seat availability. Below, we detail the number of seats reserved for each type of media:

– Radio: 4 seats per station (including technical staff)– YouTube channels / niche media: 2 seats per channel– Print newspaper / website: 2 seats per outlet– TV channel: 2 seats per broadcaster

ATTENTION: filling out this form does not guarantee approval of accreditation. Professionals approved to cover the match will be informed by email by Monday (08/17).

During the application process, it is necessary to provide full name, CPF or passport number, media outlet, role, phone number, email, and press association registration number (if applicable). Foreign journalists must provide their passport number.

Photographers:

Photographers must be accredited up to a maximum of 50 professionals, following the same criteria as journalists. Professionals must position themselves behind the goals, with prior guidance from the match press supervisor.

GUIDELINES

The number of accredited press professionals authorized will depend on the number of seats made available by the stadium;
Only the rights holder may film the match. No other broadcaster and/or outlet will be allowed to record videos from the field of play;
Only professionals from the rights-holding broadcaster may remain on the pitch;
There will be a mixed zone at the stadium after the match, with physical separation between broadcast rights holders and the rest of the press (TV/non-rights-holding digital media, radio, and print media), and the latter may not broadcast live;
The post-match press conference will be held in person. First with the visiting team’s coach, then in the same way with the home team’s coach;
Accredited journalists from different media outlets may take part in the press conference. Photographers may access the mixed zone and the press conference, but priority will be given to journalists;
Only broadcasters holding the competition rights may air the mixed zone and press conferences live. All other outlets must publish them only after all press activities at the stadium have ended.

Filming and video recording inside the stadium (that is, from the security ring/perimeter onward) are permitted only for the tournament’s RIGHTS HOLDERS. All other NON-RIGHTS-HOLDING media outlets may only RECORD videos in the Mixed Zone and Press Conference, in accordance with the competition regulations.

PRESS ACCESS

All press professionals enter Arena MRV through Gate G (TV Compound), located at: Rua Cristina Maria de Assis, No. 410. There, at the end of the parking lot, there is a single elevator providing access to floor/level -1.
This is where journalist accreditation takes place.
After this step, the press must proceed to the end of the corridor on level -1 to reach another exclusive-use elevator, which will take those with access to the press box (level 5).
To access the pitch, commentators may use the same elevator (level -2) or the stairs.
The press bar is located on the third floor.
