Burnley and Norwich City go head-to-head at Turf Moor this Friday in the EFL Championship in a match to be broadcast live at 20:00 on Sky Sports Football.
Burnley have 85 points to their name this season and currently sit second in the table. In their last outing, Scott Parker's Clarets drew 0-0 against Derby County.
Norwich, meanwhile, have slipped out of play-off contention recently, Johannes Thorup's Canaries recording a 0-0 with Sunderland midweek.
The last meeting between the two teams saw the Clarets emerge victorious: Burnley winning 2-1 at Carrow Road in the reverse fixture.
Joe Redmond (TurfCast): If Burnley want to get promoted to the Premier League then this game is a must win.
Despite dropping points against a battling Derby County side last time out the Clarets find themselves still in the top two and two points clear of Sheffield United who are in third place.
With Burnley playing before any of their promotion rivals, they can make a real statement of intent on Friday night against a Norwich side that have nothing to play for.
Win the game they go five points clear of Blades in third - piling the pressure on them for their game on Saturday.
Lucas La Torre (Norwich City FC Brasil - The Brazilian Canaries): Well, the end to the season has proved to be disappointing, hasn't it? The draw against Sunderland at Carrow Road followed an away defeat at Plymouth, and our hopes of a glorious assault on the play-offs has failed to materialise. Every time we have felt on the right track this season, a couple of bad results and/or performances have come along to knock us off course. As previously discussed, Thorup's philosophy and style of play is a work in progress and we now need to prepare with next season in mind.
The two last matches have highlighted even more just how much we need to reinforce defensively. We really need to bring in defenders of close to Premier League level - or we're in for more of the same.
