It’s set to be an intriguing Championship clash this Saturday as Stoke City welcome newly-promoted Wrexham to the bet365 Stadium.
The Potters sit fifth in the table with 15 points and boast one of the league’s tightest defences, conceding just six goals so far.
Phil Parkinson's side, meanwhile, are 18th with 10 points but have shown some resilience, going five games unbeaten in all competitions.
Angela Smith (Knot Media): Stoke, winless in four and have drawn three, yet are fifth in the table.
Wrexham have taken time to settle but are unbeaten in five having also drawn their past three games.
For Wrexham, this is a season in which they need to consolidate, while Mark Robins will want to break into the top ten at least with Stoke.
Stoke are struggling to be clinical and will probably be without Junho, injured on international duty, and Lawal with a hamstring injury. Whilst Wrexham have a doubt over Jay Rodriguez.
It's over 30 years since these two played in the league. A tough contest awaits and a difficult one to call.
This will be Stoke's one home game of the month and a good atmosphere and a big crowd is expected as Wrexham is not too far to travel.
Prediction: 2-1
Craig Jones: From what has seemed like an even longer international break than usual, Wrexham return back to league action on Saturday afternoon against Stoke City.
It's our first visit to the Bet365 Stadium in over 10 years, after a 3-1 third round defeat in the FA Cup in 2014/15.
We were in non-league then, with The Potters in the Premiership, so a lot has changed!
Wrexham's overall record against Stoke has been nothing short of terrible though, with us losing 14 of our 15 post-war meetings home and away.
A tough game is also expected on Saturday too, with the hosts having the joint best defensive record in the whole of the EFL.
They've made a good start to the season, with new Welsh international signing Sorba Thomas being one of their stand out performers so far.
We've been getting a bit better in recent weeks though as we get used to this very difficult league.
Only one defeat in the last nine games in all competitions in which we have started to look a bit more solid defensively, and perhaps more controlled going forward.
Phil Parkinson has more or less a fully fit squad to pick from now, with news of Ollie Rathbone and possibly even Libby Cacace making the frame this weekend.
There may possibly be a couple of changes, but I'm predicting that the XI who started the last game with Birmingham will be the first choice again, with Josh Windass keeping his place ahead of Nathan Broadhead.
Two wins and a draw from our first four away games has been pretty good and I hope we can continue with a good performance on Saturday.
I think it will be a tight game but I'll sit on the fence again and go for another 1-1 draw. Although, I do have an unusually confident feeling we might just get something better!
