Joao Neves lifted Paris Saint-Germain’s tempo in a 2-2 draw with Monaco, while Mamadou Coulibaly’s error-strewn night summed up the ASM display.

According to L'Équipe, PSG laboured early as Safonov denied Camara on 30 minutes and foiled Balogun’s audacious effort on 38. Barcola struck the bar after a sharp one-two with Neves on 41, before Akliouche put Monaco ahead on the stroke of half-time.

Neves forced Köhn into a reflex stop with a header on 50. The match tilted when Coulibaly received a second yellow card on 58, and D. Doué promptly picked out Marquinhos to level on 60.

PSG seized control as Kvaratskhelia reacted quickest to a parry to make it 2-1 on 66. Hakimi initiated that surge and later drew a save on 77, with D. Doué also testing Köhn on 78. Luis Enrique’s switch to match Pacho up with Balogun steadied the back line.

Monaco still found a stoppage-time equaliser on 90+1 and threatened again deep into added time. Neves’ influence grew with the extra space, yet a late lapse at the back nearly cost PSG. The hosts could not close it out and had to settle for a point.
