PSG extend Luis Enrique’s contract to 2030 before Monaco clash | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain announced before facing Monaco that head coach Luis Enrique has extended his contract to 2030. The club said in a statement that several first-team players have also signed new deals.

It came before PSG’s first home game of the season at the Parc des Princes, with kick-off at 21:05 live on Ligue 1+. Part of the CUP was absent due to a partial stadium closure, yet chants greeted the 56-year-old who made PSG double European champions in 2025 and 2026.

Talks to renew Enrique’s contract, previously running to 2027, began early this year. An agreement was reached at the end of last season but nothing was signed, with executives saying they would update once everything was settled. It is now confirmed.

Fabian Ruiz’s extension runs to 2028. Willian Pacho, Joao Neves, Lucas Beraldo and Senny Mayulu are contracted through 2031.

After unveiling new recruits Maghnes Akliouche, Ferran Torres, Lucas Digne, Mika Godts and Alessandro Longoni, the club presented all the renewals to the crowd. Fireworks followed.
