Now it's Vitinha's turn to throw a jab at Lamine Yamal and Pedri after PSG's triumph over Barça on Wednesday night.

In the mixed zone after the hard-fought win at Montjuïc (1-2), the Portuguese midfielder Vitinha didn't dodge questions about the Catalan pre-match statements. Lamine Yamal, through an Instagram story, had vowed to "get his revenge" on PSG after their 2024 elimination, while Pedri warned of a "hell" awaiting the Parisians in Barça’s backyard.

“There’s always talk before matches and sometimes things happen. For us, we couldn’t care less. We just wanted to play the game, we won, and we’re happy about it,” Vitinha fired back.
