On Tuesday evening, Ousmane Dembélé was substituted for Désiré Doué during the AS Monaco vs PSG clash in the first leg of the Champions League play-off. This Wednesday, the French press provided an update on the 2025 Ballon d'Or contender.

After just 27 minutes of play against AS Monaco (2-3) on Tuesday evening in the first leg of the Champions League play-off, Ousmane Dembélé was forced off due to injury. The Frenchman is not expected to be sidelined for long.

Indeed, according to information from L’Équipe, Ousmane Dembélé was reassuring about the condition of his left calf on Wednesday, although further tests are still needed to confirm the exact nature of the injury. Both Dembélé and PSG are hoping for a return to action in about ten days' time.
