PSG reach Suzuki agreement with Parma and could involve Juventus | OneFootball

Multiple outlets in Italy and France are reporting that Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement over a transfer fee for Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki and that the Japan international could potentially be heading back to Serie A to join Juventus on loan.

PSG strike agreement for Suzuki

Fabrizio Romano and various other sources in Italy and France claim that PSG have a €35m agreement in place to sign Suzuki from Parma this summer. Other reports indicate that the 23-year-old is set to sign a five-year contract at the Parc des Princes.

Suzuki is not expected to be the guaranteed first choice at PSG, though. With Champions League winner Matvei Safonov still at the club, on top of last summer’s €40m signing Lucas Chevalier, there have been reports that Suzuki will be made available for loan for the 2026-27 season in order for him to receive regular playing time.

Juventus are at the front of the queue of clubs hoping to sign Suzuki on loan for the 2026-27 season as they seek a replacement for the underperforming Michele Di Gregorio, but Fabrice Hawkins warns that the Bianconeri are not the only club interested in a loan deal for Suzuki.

Suzuki has made 57 appearances in Serie A across the last two seasons after joining from Urawa Red Diamonds for a fee believed to be worth around €7m in the summer of 2024.
