European champions Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly ready to make an offer for Bayern Munich defender Dayot Upamecano if he does not sign a new deal.
The 27-year-old defender has a contract at the Allianz Arena that runs until the end of the season, and he has yet to sign a new one.
While he can still sign a contract extension with the Bavarian club, his potential exit cannot be completely ruled out.

Recently, Bayern president Herbert Hainer suggested that the club wants to keep the 27-year-old defender, and they are optimistic about reaching an agreement with him.
Speaking to Abendzeitung, Hainer said: “We’re in talks with Upamecano. I believe he feels comfortable in Munich.
“It’s obviously an important decision for him as well. In general, he likes it very much at Bayern. We’d like to keep him. I’m cautiously optimistic.”
Earlier this month, reports emerged that Bayern have held another round of talks with Upamecano’s agent, and it is progressing well.
Both Bayern and Upamecano’s camp agree on the base salary part, but they are poles apart in determining the signing fee.
The French defender will be able to sign a pre-contract with a foreign club in the January window, but he wants to focus on his current role at Bayern.
Ahead of France’s match against Ukraine, Upamecano said: “Paris Saint-Germain is a very, very big club, with a great coach and magnificent players. But for now, my mind isn’t on that.
“I’m focused on Bayern Munich and the French national team. The season is still long, and I have an agent for that. I’m concentrating on Bayern Munich, and I hope we can achieve our goals for the end of the season.”
Real Madrid have reportedly made an inquiry about the defender, while Liverpool and Manchester United are also following his situation.
