Paris Saint-Germain have slammed the French national team over Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué's injuries
The pair are facing several weeks out of action following the issues sustained during their country's opening World Cup qualifying win over Ukraine on Friday.
Dembélé is expected to be sidelined for six weeks with a hamstring injury while Doué's injuries could see him missing up to a month with a calf injury.
Les Parisiens have now confirmed that they have since sent a letter to the French Football Federation calling for a 'new medical sports coordination protocol'.
"The recent serious and avoidable incidents must result in swift and immediate corrective action," concluded a lengthy statement.
"The club stands ready to actively contribute to this collective effort, in the interest of the players and professional football as a whole."
France host Iceland in their next World Cup qualifier on Tuesday.
