PSG sporting director Luis Campos recently shared his thoughts on the Parisian club's policy.

In a lengthy interview with TF1, Luis Campos sought to clarify PSG's strategy, which has been refocused since Luis Enrique took over as head coach. The Paris sporting director emphasized a project now centered around collective play, internal competition, and the gradual integration of young talents—steering away from a star-centric approach.

"This philosophy is about internal competitiveness and squad building. What makes a club sustainable isn't the number of shirts sold, but the points at the end of the season," the Portuguese executive explained, before stressing the clear pathway set for young talents. "If you are truly good, PSG will open the door for you. It's up to you to prove it every single day.", he declared.
