Paris Saint-Germain forward Ibrahim Mbaye (18) has agreed personal terms with Liverpool, according to a report from RMC Sport.

Liverpool are looking to strengthen in attack this summer, following the departure of Mohamed Salah earlier in the window. To do so, the Merseyside club have turned their attention to the talent in PSG’s attacking line. Bradley Barcola has been a key target all summer, and whilst Liverpool continue in their negotiations for the France international, a breakthrough has been made in talks for another of PSG’s forwards, Mbaye.

Liverpool’s Barcola talks ongoing

As per RMC Sport, Liverpool and Mbaye have reached an agreement over a five-year deal. The Senegal international has made his decision, favouring a move to Anfield over Bayer Leverkusen.

Whilst Mbaye has featured for Les Parisiens in pre-season, the reigning European champions have not been opposed to a sale. Independent of this deal, Liverpool are also still engaged in talks to sign Barcola. Once again, PSG are not entirely opposed to a sale.
