Paris Saint-Germain know who their opponents are in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League this season. The Parisians have challenging opponents, but one pundit believes who has the opportunity to be the X-factor in this competition for the Ligue 1 side to advance.

Let’s kick things off with the away games: in the 2024-25 Champions League, the capital club will travel to Bayern Munich, Arsenal, RB Salzburg, and Stuttgart.

At home, they’ll be hosting Manchester City, Atlético de Madrid, Girona, and PSV Eindhoven at the Parc des Princes. It’s going to be a tough road for the reigning Ligue 1 champions if they’re aiming to make it back to the semifinals.

Nonetheless, Canal Plus pundit Laure Boulleau believes that Bradley Barcola can be the difference maker for Luis Enrique and his team, especially in the more daunting matchups against Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Manchester City, and Atlético de Madrid.

“He’s making progress at an incredible pace right now,” Boulleau said (h/t Le10Sport). “I find him absolutely irresistible. His passion is infectious. It’s the perfect time for him to step up against top teams like City and Bayern. Even in a tight game against Atlético, he’s the type of player who can make a difference. He could be the game-changer for PSG.”

Barcola is off to a fantastic start this season having scored three goals in his first two Ligue 1 matches. Additionally, PSG have scored 10 goals in their first two league games, so they’ll hope this attack transitions to the Champions League.
