PSG’s Ousmane Dembélé a doubt for return leg against Arsenal | OneFootball

Ousmane Dembélé (27) is a doubt to feature in the second leg of Paris Saint-Germain’s UEFA Champions League semi-final against Arsenal next Wednesday, Luis Enrique has confirmed.

Dembélé got the only goal of the game against Arsenal, sweeping home a Khvicha Kvaratskhelia cutback in the fourth minute. However, the France international, in excellent goal-scoring form this season with 33 goals, was then forced off in the 70th minute. It has since been confirmed that the PSG forward is suffering from a hamstring injury.

Whilst Luis Enrique was not alarmist in the post-match press conference attended by Get French Football News, the Spaniard did at least admit that he is now a doubt for the return leg. “It isn’t anything serious, it’s quite a small thing but there is a doubt for the return leg,” said the PSG manager.

He added that Dembélé would undergo tests on the injury on Wednesday in order to ascertain the gravity of it.
