Christian Pulisic released his first interview in Italian, admitting that he played in ‘every position’ for Milan against Udinese, while Samuel Chukwueze pushes for ‘more targets.’
The pair inspired Milan’s 1-0 win over Udinese on Saturday. The American winger assisted his teammate, who found the net at San Siro for the first time in a Serie A match.
Milan were reduced to 10 men after 29 minutes following a straight red card to Tijjani Reijnders.
“We suffered for the whole game, but the team spirit was perfect,” Pulisic told DAZN, speaking in Italian.
“I played in every position today, and we deserved this win. We must take this game and confidence. We must continue like this and win many games.”

Pulisic has five goals and three assists in eight Serie A appearances this season.
Match-winner and Lega Serie A Man of the Match Chukwueze joined the American star for a post-match interview.
“It was very nice. It was a good game for the team,” said the Nigerian winger.
“We defended well, and the team spirit was good. We needed this win. Now, we focus on Tuesday’s game.
“It’s a very good feeling to score and win this game. I think it’s very important for us, the coach, and our confidence, so we need to push for more targets.”
This was Chukwueze’s first goal in nine appearances across all competitions this season.
Milan have 14 points in eight Serie A games.
Their next match is against Club Brugge in the Champions League at San Siro.
