Pulisic reacts to Reijnders’ Milan extension with two-word message

Milan star Christian Pulisic was delighted by Tijjani Reijnders’ contract extension and congratulated his teammate on social media: ‘Well deserved.’
Netherlands international Reijnders signed a new contract with Milan until 2030 on Monday.
Reijnders has been one of the few standout performers at San Siro this season, having collected 12 goals and three assists in 40 appearances across all competitions.
Pulisic celebrated his teammate’s contract extension with an Instagram story, where he shared the club’s official statement, adding his own comment: “Well deserved!”

Both Pulisic and Reijnders joined Milan in 2023 for a similar transfer fee, circa €20m.
Reijnders joined Milan from AZ Alkmaar, while Pulisic moved to San Siro from Chelsea.
The American star has made 23 Serie A appearances for Milan in the 2024-25 season, scoring six goals and providing eight assists. In all competitions this season, he has played 36 matches, netting 12 times and contributing nine assists.
Pulisic’s contract with the Rossoneri runs out in June 2027.
