Pundit claims Man United star has terrorised Saliba & Gabriel more than anyone this season

Manchester United are up against Arsenal in the Premier League today, and the two teams are level at the break.

Jurrien Timber handed Arsenal the lead in the 29th, but Manchester United fought back through Bryan Mbeumo to level seven minutes later.

Even though Arsenal controlled the game for most of the half, they were quite lacklustre after conceding the first goal and could have easily conceded again. They looked quite vulnerable in midfield and defence after Mbeumo’s goal.

Bryan Mbeumo has troubled Arsenal

Manchester United capitalised on their failure to manage the game better, and BBC pundit Alex Howell believes Bryan Mbeumo caused more problems for Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba, more than any other attacker in the Premier League so far.

Howell said: “Bryan Mbeumo has caused more problems for Saliba and Gabriel this half than I can remember any centre forward doing so far this season.”

Mbeumo has impressed since joining

The former Brentford star has been outstanding for Manchester United since joining, and he is their top scorer in the Premier League. He has scored nine goals in all competitions so far, and it remains to be seen whether he can help his team win the game with another strong performance in the second half.

He has been one of the most effective attacking players at the club this season, and Manchester United will hope that he can continue to perform at a high level for the remainder of the campaign. He could be instrumental in their push for a top-four finish in the Premier League.
