All the latest news coming out of Queens Park Rangers.
It's been a busy few days for Queens Park Rangers, who saw one of their most sought-after players depart the club to a Championship rival for a hefty fee over the weekend.
Charlie Kelman's transfer saga finally came to an end on Sunday as he was announced as a Charlton Athletic player, with the Addicks breaking the bank to sign the 27-goal forward in a deal that could be worth up to £5m.
New head coach Julien Stephan now has an extra sum of cash to play with in the transfer window, having already made some excellent signings such as Kwame Poku, Rumarn Burrell and Amadou Mbengue from Peterborough United, Burton Albion and Reading respectively.
After the transfer of Kelman, things in the market will likely pick up for the R's, and it could be a busy final few weeks of the transfer window in W12.
Football League World has compiled all the latest news surrounding QPR, as the start of the Championship season quickly approaches.
Despite one striker coming in over the weekend and another departing, QPR are reportedly interested in adding some more firepower to their frontline by signing Rodez striker Timothe Nkada.
The forward was the joint top scorer in Ligue 2 last season, netting 17 goals for the French side, but could be available for a fee of around £2.2m according to The Sun.
However, the R's aren't the only Championship club pursuing the 26-year-old's signature, as Derby County and Blackburn Rovers are also said to be interested in bringing Nkada to England.
The versatile attacker is under contract until 2027, but could find himself in the EFL next season, as plenty of clubs are keen to bring him in after a successful campaign with Rodez last term.
Strikers have been dominating the headlines at Loftus Road over the last week, and yet another forward who is seemingly set to be on the move this summer is Alfie Lloyd, who has been offered to a host of League One clubs, according to Darren Witcoop.
The young attacker seemingly isn't in Stephan's immediate plans for the coming season, and looks likely to head out on loan to the division below, with multiple third-tier sides interested, and Bolton Wanderers being offered the chance to sign him.
Alongside Bolton, Leyton Orient have been named as a club interested in the 22-year-old, with the former in the market for a striker, and the latter possessing a good relationship with QPR after Kelman's exploits on loan last season.
Lloyd is a highly-rated prospect at Loftus Road, but is likely to struggle for regular minutes in the coming season with the level of competition in the striking department, hence the decision to send him out on loan.
Away from West London, a development that plenty of Superhoops supporters will have one eye on is the recent news of Arsenal's reported interest in former QPR starlet Eberechi Eze, who is currently at Crystal Palace.
The 27-year-old joined the Eagles from the Championship side almost five years ago in a deal worth up to £20m, but could now be on the move to the Gunners, who've explored activating his £67.5m release clause.
QPR inserted a 20% sell-on clause in the deal with Palace in 2020, and it could be set to pay dividends five years later, as the North London giants are now sniffing around the FA Cup winner.
If Mikel Arteta's side do pay the release clause, the R's could pocket somewhere in the region of £13.5m. This potential fee, coupled with the money received for Kelman, could deal Stephan a much-welcome injection of cash to spend in the closing weeks of the window.
