According to a report from Mohamed Toubache-Ter, Queens Park Rangers are pushing to sign KAA Gent goalkeeper Paul Nardi (30) this summer.
Nardi came through the ranks at AS Nancy before making a move to AS Monaco back in 2014. He went on numerous loan spells to the likes of Stade Rennais and satellite club Cercle Brugge before making the step to FC Lorient and then KAA Gent, back in the summer of 2022 for a nominal fee.
The former France youth international made 15 appearances for KAA Gent last season, including three appearances in the UEFA Europa Conference League. However, it is likely to be his final campaign with the Belgian Pro League side. The goalkeeper’s contract expires at the end of the month and therefore a free transfer awaits Nardi.
According to Toubache-Ter, QPR, who last season finished 18th in the Championship, are pushing to bring the goalkeeper to the club.
