Tottenham have a number of their best and brightest stars unavailable as they recover from international excursions, including Copa America winners Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso. Rodrigo Bentancur, Micky van de Ven and Radu Dragusin are among the other absentees.

Ange Postecoglou is likely to field two lineups for each half but may start strong as he did against Hearts and then field youngsters after the break.

Son Heung-min, James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski were among the starters at Tynecastle, with Brennan Johnson getting on the scoresheet late in the first half.

Tottenham predicted lineup vs QPR (4-2-3-1): Austin; Porro, Phillips, Skipp, Emerson; Bissouma, Maddison; Johnson, Bergvall, Werner; Son.

QPR vs Tottenham score prediction

It's tough to know what to expect from pre-season affairs but they are usually far more chaotic and goal-laden than competitive matches. 7-2 and 5-1 victories for Spurs to date only highlight this.

Postecoglou's side have far more quality in their ranks than Championship QPR and should rack up some goals, but they are yet to keep a clean sheet in pre-season with a number of their central defenders absent.
